As the busy mom of a large family, life happens, things get busy, stuff slips through the cracks. But I have an ace up my sleeve. Keeping a Daily Life Planner is my secret weapon to staying organized. Get Yours Now!
Welcome to the Daily Life Planner
I am a list maker by nature. Before I began using a planner, I had index cards with lists on them everywhere! I would take notes for every aspect of my life and would often be stuck with lots of cards scattered everywhere. As it turns out, there’s much more danger of important details being lost (or hidden underneath a stain of some kind) if you’re working with lots of loose cards.
A Daily Life Planner was a lifesaver. Now, I have everything in one place, organized and neat!
These planner sheets were designed for real-life use.
I like to keep my Daily Life Planner open on the kitchen island so that I have all my important information at my fingertips. I’ve heard that some women call the spot where their planner rests “the command center.” Not my style, but I like it! My kids know to respect the Planner and not to mess with it. It’s my secret to remembering everything I need to accomplish throughout the day!
This binder full of sheets has saved my sanity more than once in managing 10 kids, as well as a household and vineyard. It feels nice just to get out of my own head and put things down on paper sometimes. Sometimes… try all the time!
I am a pen and paper girl who loves printables that I can customize to fit my life. We are not all the same and what works for one person may not work for another. The Daily Life Planner works for me and I hope it will help you too.
Several of the pages have my customizations and a blank one ready for you to fill out according to your lifestyle. Feel free to fill them out according to your own needs, and of course, tell me how you did it!
Keep in mind: The Daily Life Planner is sized to fit a 1″ – 3″ ring binder.
You may have one laying around but, if you need one, here are some available that I have used and hold up well:
3″ binder (holds 600 sheets)
2″ binder (holds 500 sheets)
1 1/2″ binder (holds 372 sheets)
1″ binder (holds 220 sheets)
1/2″ binder (holds 120 sheets)
I am able to find my place in the planner more easily by using these tab sheet protectors or post it tabs (both work well) for each month to divide the year up. Our local Staples will also print on tab paper, so that’s even more convenient for me.
Please keep in mind that I may receive a commission if you click on those tabs and purchase something. Those commissions help me afford to keep this blog up and running. And of course, I don’t link to anything that I wouldn’t personally use. I don’t want you all using defective equipment or goods!
Please do not alter or sell the Daily Life Planner printables pages without my personal written consent. They are intended for personal use only and not for resale. You can contact me if you’d like to share them and I’ll do my best to get back to you promptly.

I would love to take credit for all the design work, but I’m just not that technically skilled. Thankfully, Victoria, my daughter-in-law is. She has worked with me to get it all figured out!
Needless to say, if you come up with a great design you think we should feature, please leave it in the comments! Ideas for future printables are always welcome.
I hope these printables help you organize your life with more clarity and more grace.
I designed these first to help my own mind track things and then decided that these would benefit so many other people if I shared them. These are coming from my mind to yours. Hopefully, they will prove useful and helpful!
The whole idea behind them is to give you a little bit of a lighter burden going into the new year (or a new phase of your life). Please don’t let yourself slip into unhealthy perfectionism using these tools. They’re meant to help make life easier.
I truly mean it when I say it: Use these sheets to help you but remember to give yourself some grace. No one is perfect. Use these pages to fit your life and your needs. The only right way is the way that helps you live with purpose the life you are called to!
Let me tell you right now: You are not a failure if you don’t record everything. You are also not a failure if you don’t use these sheets exactly the way they were designed. I’m setting you free from that expectation right now!
Which of these printable sheets is your favorite? What have you found the most useful? Tell us all about it in the comments!
