  • 4 chicken breast
  • 16 oz. pasta
  • 6 Tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 c whipping cream
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • salt pepper, nutmeg, parsley - to taste


  1. Cut chicken into bite size pieces and saute in a small amount of oil. Set aside.

  2. Brown the butter in a boiler.
  3. Add whipping cream and all other ingredients.
  4. Stir until the cream cheese melts.
  5. Add sauteed chicken.
  6. May thin with milk if necessary.
  7. Serve over pasta.

Recipe Notes

For Spinach Alfredo Sauce: Add 1 package of frozen spinach (thawed) after the cream cheese has melted and allow to heat thoroughly.
