Ingredients

cream of mushroom soup
(1 can)
½-3/4
cups
milk

cups
thinly sliced potatoes
1
small onion
thinly sliced
¼
cups
parsley
2
tsp.
pepper
Butter
1
cups
shredded cheese for topping
optional
Instructions
Combine soup, milk, parsley and pepper.
In a 1 ½ qt casserole layer in the following order: potatoes, onions, sauce. Continue layers ending with sauce.
Dot with butter.
Cover and bake at 375 F for 45 minutes.
Uncover and sprinkle with shredded cheese if using.
Cook for 15 min. longer - even if you are not using cheese.
