  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/2 c Parmesan cheese
  • 2/3 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 6 chicken breasts skinless and boneless
  • 24 oz can/jar pasta sauce


  1. Beat egg in shallow bowl with a fork.
  2. In another bowl combine the cheese and the bread crumbs.
  3. Dip the chicken in egg, then in the breadcrumb mixture - turn to coat well.
  4. Place in a 4 - 6 qt crock pot.
  5. Pour the tomato sauce over the chicken.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
  7. Serve with pasta if desired.
