  • 8 kale leaves
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 apples - gala or granny smith
  • 1/4 - 1/2 lemon
  • 1/3 bunch parsley about 1/2 cup
  • ginger quarter size piece


  1. Wash all vegetables.
  2. Peel the ginger.
  3. Feed all ingredients through the juicer.
  4. Chill if desired.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
