  • 5 lbs carrots
  • 3- 4 stalks celery
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 4 apples - gala or granny smith
  • ginger - a quarter size piece

Instructions

  1. Wash all vegetables.
  2. Cut if necessary to fit through the juicer.
  3. Peel ginger piece.
