Ingredients

  • 2 c milk
  • 1 c honey or raw sugar
  • 4 c cream
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and stir thoroughly.
  2. If using honey, you will need to warm it so it dissolves completely.
  3. Pour mixture into ice cream maker and freeze according to directions.
