Beat whole egg, egg yolks and vanilla until thick and yellow colored.
Whip egg whites until stiff.
Fold the raw sugar mixure into the egg whites and continue beating until it thickens again.
Fold in the egg yolk mixture.
Mix in the flour.
Using a pastry tube, cookie press or a Ziploc bag with a hole cut out of one corner, shape the dough into 3 ½ - 4 inch by 1 ½ inch strips on wax paper lined cookie sheet.
