Ingredients

  • 10 c. flour whole wheat, all purpose, or any gluten free flour
  • 1/3 c baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 2 c tallow or butter

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, baking powder and salt together.
  2. Add tallow.
  3. Using 2 knives, pastry cutter or food processor ( I use my hands), mix until crumbly.
  4. Place in sealed container.
  5. Keeps 3-6 months in refrigerator.
