Pumpkin Butter

Made in the Instant Pot, Pumpkin Butter is delicious, easy to make and great anytime of the year.

Makes about 2 cups.

Ingredients

  • 1 large can pumpkin puree about 4 cups
  • 3/4 cup maple sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp cloves

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in Instant pot.

  2. Stir together to combine.

  3. Set lid in place, close valve to seal.

  4. Set your Instant pot on manual for 5 minutes

  5. When cooking is complete, allow the steam to release naturally

  6. Once the steam is release, open lid, stir and place in jars.

Recipe Notes

Crock Pot Option: Place all ingredients in the crock pot and cook on low for 3 - 4 hours.

Tips:

The following can be used in place of the maple sugar
