Instant Pot Vanilla and Peach Jam

Peach jam has never been so easy OR versatile - you can use fresh, frozen or canned peaches!

  • 4 peaches see notes for using canned
  • 1 box fruit pectin I used low sugar pectin
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract or one vanilla bean split down the middle and seeds removed
  • ¼ cup honey You can add up to ½ cup if you want it to be sweeter
  • ½ tsp cinnamon optional


  1. Peel, cut, and mash peaches and place into Instant Pot.

  2. Add in remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
  3. Place lid on the instant pot and make sure the valve is set to “Seal”
  4. Press "Manual"  (high) and cook for 3 minutes

  5. Allow the pot to naturally release the steam.

  6. When you can remove the lid, stir the mixture and place into sterilized mason jars.

  7. If not using immediately, water bath for 10 mins.

  8. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

For canned peaches - Use 2 cans, 1/2 c. honey and follow instructions.
