  • 2 1/2 lbs  carrots
  • 2 apples


Juicer Instructions

  1. Wash all ingredients and cut into smaller chunks if necessary for your juicer.

  2. Place ingredients through juicer and juice.

  3. Enjoy!

Blender Instructions

  1. Wash all ingredients and place in blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Put pureed veggies into a muslin bag or a nutbag and place over a container to catch the juice.

  4. Gently squeeze the bag extracting the juice.

  5. Enjoy!
