Ingredients
2
cups
kefir
1
cups
coconut flour
4
eggs
1
cups
cacao powder
¾ - 1
cups
chocolate chips
optional
1
tablespoon
vanilla extract
1
teaspoon
baking soda
2
droppers stevia
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl - mix well.
Spread into a greased 8 x 8 baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes. Test for doneness by gently shaking pan - there should be a little jiggle. You don't want them dry!
Allow to cool completely before cutting.
Notes
There are 10 drops in a stevia dropper. 2 droppers full equals ½ tsp.
Be sure to preheat the oven as it makes a difference in the texture of these brownies.
Chocolate chips are optional but delicious!
A chopped unsweetened baking chocolate bar is also delish!
