Kefir Brownies

Ingredients

  • 2 c kefir
  • 1 c coconut flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c cacao powder
  • 3/4 - 1 ¬† c chocolate chips optional
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 droppers stevia

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl - mix well.
  3. Spread into a greased 8 x 8 baking dish.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes. Test for doneness by gently shaking pan - there should be a little jiggle. You don't want them dry!

  5. Allow to cool completely before cutting.
