In a large salad bowl combine the lettuce, tuna, onion and mayonnaise.
Immediately before serving, add the frozen peas and chow-mein noodles.
Serve and enjoy!

How To Adapt This Tuna Pea Salad
1. Gluten Free Version - leave out the chow mein noodles - it is still delicious!2. Add many different veggies to this salad, it's a great way to use up leftovers. Here are some ideas;
Chopped bell peppers
Cucumber
Tomatoes
Use up stale bread and make them into croutons
Carrots
Olives
3. Substitute salmon for the tuna - either work great and taste delicious!
