Ingredients
Pastry Crust:
½cupsbutter
¼cupsraw sugar
1egg
½teaspoonvanilla
1 ¼cupsflour
⅛teaspoonsalt
Filling
2eggs - beaten
1 ½cupsbrown sugar
1 ½cupschopped pecans
2tablespoonflour
¼teaspoonbaking soda
½teaspoonsalt
1teaspoonvanilla
Icing
1 ½cupspowdered sugar
6tablespoonor more lemon juice
Instructions
For Crust:
Cream butter and sugar together until fluffy
Beat in egg and vanilla
Add flour and salt.
Blend very well.
Pat dough into a greased 13 x 9 inch pan.
Bake 15 minutes until firm.
Filling:
Mix all ingredients for filling together.
Spread over the baked and crust
Bake at 350F for 25 minutes.
Allow to cool.
Icing:
Thin powdered sugar with enough lemon juice until a good spreading consistency is achieved and pour over the angel wings.Cut into diamond shapes - Serve and Enjoy!
