Ingredients

can salmon - wild caught

oz
cream cheese

teaspoon
salt

Tbsp.
lemon juice

tsp.
horseradish

cups
chopped nuts
or parsley
Instructions
Drain the salmon and separate the bones.
Mix all ingredients together.
Shape into a ball.
Roll in chopped nuts (I use pecans) or chopped parsley.
Serve with crackers
