Ingredients
12carrots
1 pineapple - cut into chunks
1mango - cut into chunks
2 oranges
¼ - ½lemon
Instructions
Juicer Instructions
Wash and prepare all ingredients.
Place ingredients through juicer catching the juice.
Blender Instructions
Wash and prepare all ingredients.
Place ingredients into the blender and blend on high until well blended.
Position a muslin cloth or nut milk bag over a container to catch the juice.
Pour blender contents into cloth or bag and gently squeeze as much juice out as possible.
Notes
Carrot Smoothie: Pour juice into ice trays and freeze for at least 1 hour. Remove from ice trays and place in blend or food processor. Blend just until it is a slushy consistency and serve.
