Juicer Instructions
Wash and prepare all ingredients cutting into smaller chunks if necessary.
Place ingredients through the juicer catching the juice.

Blender Instructions
Wash and prepare all ingredients cutting into smaller chunks if necessary to fit into the blender.
Blend well.
Position a muslin cloth or nut bag over a container to catch the juice.
Place pulp into the cloth or bag, squeeze the juice into container.
Enjoy!
