Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 F.
Blend all ingredients until smooth using a hand mixer or whisk.
Pour batter into a greased loaf pan or loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
Bake for about 1 hour or until a toothpick can be inserted into the center and comes out clean.
Let the bread cool completely before removing from the pan.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
