Ingredients
2
packages frozen chopped broccoli
1
cup
cream mushroom soup
1
cup
mayonnaise
basic or lacto-fermented
2
eggs
well beaten
1
med. onion chopped
¾
cups
chopped nuts
1
cups
grated sharp cheese
Salt to taste
Instructions
Cook broccoli according to package directions and drain.
Add soup, mayo, chopped nuts and mix well.
Add beaten eggs and onions.
Pour into a greased 2 qt casserole.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350F for 30 min.
