    My Carrot Apple Juice Recipe is going to make everyone happy! Carrot Juice recipes are not only good for you, they taste delicious. And, with only 2 ingredients, this one is super easy!

    Seriously, this carrot juice recipe is just about as good as it gets. It is the perfect blend of sweetness and, you can add more ingredients if you want to but don't the simplicity of the ingredients - carrots and apples is delicious!

    Keep it simple! After all, when you don't have to make it complicated - don't!

    Any apple will work great for my Carrot Apple Juice recipe. I like to buy what is on sale and often those are gala, red delicious or Granny Smith.

    Since the Granny Smith apple variety has a tart flavor, it is a good choice if you prefer a juice that is not quite as sweet.

    Do I Need to Refrigerate This Juice?

    Yes, my Carrot Apple Juice recipe should be refrigerated after making it. I like to let it chill and then serve and drink it.

    How Long Will Carrot Apple Juice Last?

    Any juicing recipe made from freshly juiced produce should be refrigerated and consumed within 24 - 48 hours.

    Carrot juice begins to oxidize. That means it will begin to lose nutrient value.

    I normally only make the amount I know will be consumed in 24 hours. Besides, it tastes better the fresher it is.

    Can I Drink This Carrot Apple Juice Recipe Daily?

    Yes! There is no danger to drinking carrot apple juice daily. In fact, you may see related health benefits and feel better for drinking it!

    Is Carrot Apple Juice Good For Weight Loss?

    Weight loss occurs when you burn more calories that you take in. Low calorie, nutrient dense Carrot Apple Juice is a great aid to help you lose weight.

    Since you are separating the fiber, the nutrients are more easily available for your body to absorb.

    Ingredients

      

    • 2 ½ lbs  carrots
    • 2 apples

    Instructions

     

    Juicer Instructions

    • Wash all ingredients and cut into smaller chunks if necessary for your juicer.
    • Place ingredients through juicer and juice.
    • Enjoy!

    Blender Instructions

    • Wash all ingredients and place in blender.
    • Blend until smooth.
    • Put pureed veggies into a muslin bag or a nutbag and place over a container to catch the juice.
    • Gently squeeze the bag extracting the juice.
    • Enjoy!

    Here are a few suggested optional ingredients:
