Tips for Making Italian Pasta Salad
- Store-bought Italian dressing can be used in place of the homemade for added ease.
- Black olives can be substituted in place of the green olives.
Italian Pasta Salad Step by Step
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, rinse with cold water and place in bowl. Photo 1
- In a large bowl, mix tomatoes, artichoke hearts, olives, cheese and basil. Photo 2 - 4
- Combine together the vinegar, salt and olive oil. Mix well and add to pasta.
- Chill before serving. If desired, garnish with additional mozzarella cheese and basil. Photo 5-6

Italian Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- 1 lb pasta tri-colored fusilli or rotini work well
- 1 cups sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 bunch basil, fresh
- 1 cups green olives halved
- 14 oz artichoke heart quarters drained
- 1 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
- 3 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cups olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cups mozzarella cheese opt. for garnish
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package directions - Drain, rinse with cold water and place in a large bowl.
